At But Honey we kid around by supplying you with an excuse for why you just had to buy what you bought, however, we will never give you any other excuse.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to But Honey for a full refund or store credit – whichever you’d prefer – and we’ll take care of the shipping. By “take care of “ we mean we will pay for it. We are not going to come to your house and put it back in the box and tape it up for you– if that’s what you were thinking.
A few things we’d like to mention:
We’d ask that items be returned in original condition – you can’t wear it, use it, wash it, or damage it and then return it – only seems fair, right.
Items need to be in original packaging, boxes, with all the tags, instructions, etc.
Products must be returned within 60 days from the day item was shipped.
Send us an email with your order number, best way to contact you (email preferred but if you want to talk you can also leave a phone number). We’ll send you a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label and some simple instructions. We promise – the instructions are very simple. Email : Support@buthoney.com
Once we receive your return it usually takes 2 or 3 days to inspect and process. A credit will be issued to your credit card within 7 days.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective you must notify us (email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving your product. Include your order number and a way to get in touch with you. We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label and some simple instructions to send the product back.
